He was an awesome professor. He was entertaining, but made the class fun for me. He really really knew what he was talking about and loved teaching the subject. Memorizing everything was very very difficult for me. But he was awesome. Unfortunately, he has since retired. If you got to know him, I'm sure you liked him. Actually saw him at my work.

Bob is one of the best professors I have taken. He is direct and to the point. Do what he says and memorize the maps like a picture and the A is yours. Term paper and study book together are 50 points, thats almost a full grade. He knows geographic history really well so you get a bit the who did what and why in his lectures. Very Informative.

I was not very good in his class. That is just because of my learning style though. Cultural geography is a class you get alot of lectures in. I personally am not good with that. Have taken 2 of Bob's classes. Really enjoy GEA2000. But didn't care too much for Cultural Geography. (More of a lecture class). Excellent professor that isn't afraid to tell you like it is. He makes the class fun.
