Did he retire or did they fire him? Definitely the worst professor in the Marketing Department by FAR. I've taken almost all the rest and they are 10x more helpful, interesting, and care at least a little about their students. It was like it was a burden for Dr. Collins to come to class. Good riddance!

Waste of my time. Tests had nothing to do with the lecture. Collins never seemed like he was interested in his teaching. He told us he was retiring after the semester -- it should have been a red flag. Unreasonable and unhelpful.

Really easy class, all of the tests and quizzes are online. I went to class twice the whole year and I pulled a B in the class. Buy the book because the online tests are straight from it. The project was really easy, I barely put any effort into this class and still did well.

Great teacher. True, everything is online, no need for class unless you want to LEARN from a well experienced professional. I admit this was my easy class. I did not always show up and it didn't matter. took two hours a week to read the chapters and aced the quizzes. One project and it was only three pages. Tests were basically extension of quizzes

Mr. Collins is a very lazy teacher. Everything is online, and class attendance is not necessary. I had a couple of questions about quizzes (taken online) and he was very rude to me. I am a senior in college, and I have never had a teacher that was more lazy or rude than Mr. Collins.

not offering extra credit this semester. easy class with everything being online. one project that is only 3 pages. good and easy class except i don't like the grading. if you get a 70 on a quiz or exam, it counts as a D not a C, which lowers your grade. not good at all.

This professor is fantastic! No attendance and all tests are online and open book. He is soooo much better than most professors who take themselves way too seriously. Take this class if you want to learn about marketing from a pro, want to be less stressed, and want to be treated like an adult.

Went to first class and that was it. All tests and quizzes are online. Should be an online class. Read the chapters and you will be fine for tests and quizzes. I got an A in the class with little effort. He offered 60 points of Extra Credit this semester. Take him if you want to breeze through marketing 301.

He is a boring teacher. Only show up to the first class to get the syllabus, then go to his website to tak all quizes and tests. Should be a distant education class. No need to go to class. He will send out a mass email if there are any changes. During the semester there is an experiment you can do to get extra credit. easy B, not an A.

Nice professor, the practice quizes online helps a lot, and he also gives a lot of bonus points for doing the practice quizes. The class is interesting, I think I've learned many things from the class. The exams are not that hard either. Easy class

boring as heck! I never went to class and got a high B. His lectures have nothing to do with his quizzes/ exams. He has his favorites too. I probably went to class the first 3-4 weeks.. and stopped going because all his tests were online. Should have just been an online class. Easy B or A though
