Dosch is that guy! Such a caring and easy going guy. Participate in class, do the assigned homework and practice those problems and you will get through this class! Would not want to take this course from anyone else!

Great prof! Really respected by students and very approachable. The subject is tough, but Dosch really helps kids through it. Gives great examples in class and explains everything throughly and really well. Lets you know ahead of time when quizzes will be (ask him to have a group quiz and he might let you hint hint)

Dosch guy is money. If you show up and participate and make his life easier, he'll do his best to make your life easier. The only reason this class sucks is because you only get 50 minutes to take the tests and we all know that you need more than that to take an accounting test. It's like any other accounting course; read the chapters and PRACTICE.

The make or break accounting course! Believe all the horror stories you have heard! However, it is important to take a step back and realize it is just like any other course you have taken. Go to class, read the textbook, complete all homework, and spend time going over the practice problems. Dosch is an easygoing instructor who communicates well.

He lets you drop a quiz which is super nice and will put up a test review sheet before the exam.

Lectures are good, and interesting. Tests are really really tough. Studied my butt off and did terrible on the tests. He's a good teacher and explains things well. But sometimes he acts like it's a super easy concept when its not. Be ready to work for your grade.

Dr. Dosch made accounting enjoyable. He kept students engaged and related material to real life situations. While exams are difficult he gives you all the material to pass with a good grade. If you can do/understand the practice problems, the tests should be fairly easy. Dosch genuinely cares about his students. I would recommend him to everyone!

Robert Dosch is my favorite professor on campus. He seems to genuinely like teaching, and it shows in his lectures. He made accounting make sense to me. I also got an 88 in the class and he gave me an A. Would definitely recommend him for ACCT 200.

I liked Dosch, he was very helpful in class, he was fun to be around, he is the easiest professor to teach acct 201. The tests are hard, but he is willing to work with the students to get better grades. The 3rd test is the hardest, but be prepared to take a quiz once a week in class. Honestly I went from a low C to a high B in his class.

I'm not sure I'd call Prof. Dosch a teacher since he's horrible at explaining concepts. I found flash animations from a tutorial website that accompanied the book as being far more helpful than any of his lectures.
