Mr. Dunn is an absolutely great teacher. He cuts down on the material you need to study for down to the bare bones. Gives 10 open note quizzes that help with average and the tests are not all that hard if you study the questions worked in each class. "B" is easily attained if you attend class and copy examples.

People are right, he does skim over the book and you don't have any notes to copy, but he works so many examples that it makes sense through the examples. His quizzes are open book and his tests are multiple choice. I would tell anyone to take him.

Pretty much the worst teacher I have had at Auburn. He obviously doesn't care that the material can be difficult for some people, otherwise he would teach it. He's a nice man, but I would rather take the class from and **** I that taught. I just hope I don't fail the final tomorrow

going to class helps in that he gives extra credit sometimes. but you don't learn anything in class. he just works the problems for you and you have to teach yourself outside of class. the tests are very hard and not really like the examples given in class. just learn all the formulas and be able to work the probs back backwards and forwards.

Nice and cool dude, but damn. Be ready to learn the entire class' material own your own. Does not teach concepts whatsoever. You are assumed to have read each chapter before each class and worked all the assigned problems. Then he kindly does you the favor of doing all the problems you just did all over again. Accounting blows goats!

He has no people skills and could care less if you understand the material. He gives vague examples in class and you would fair better to teach yourself. I would strongly advise against taking him because unless you are a CPA or an CMA you're lost. His tests(hard)are nothing like his examples, oh but he'll argue you down about that.

He is a good teacher, but moves a little fast for an intro class. He likes to give extra credit. I think it ended up totaling around 25 points. Assisted in help when needed. The material is hard though, study his packet. I don't think I looked at the book twice. I heard he's nicer than other accounting teachers. He's prolly your best choice.

very very very good teacher, I am not going to lie accounting is a very hard class, you either get it or you don't...but he makes it easier and will always help, just go to him and try, make sure he knows that you care about the class and he will do whatever he will to help.

Dunn is a great guy. He has a great knowledge of managerial accounting and seems very experienced in the field. I encourage you to attend class regularly to avoid getting behind. He moves pretty quickly and works multiple problems each day.

Great Guy, he keeps the class interesting w/ crazy jokes and old stories, material for some people is difficult especially if you don't like numbers or understand accounting, TEST are kind of hard, so study good for those, bonus helps grade plus the quizes are easy. study a little more to do good
