faria is the best professor for intermediate spanish. if you study for the tests and know the vocal you will do good on the tests. he doesn't make you do any extra work like the other teachers and he's a very nice and entertaining person. there are a lot of tests but not difficult and he doesn't test you on the culture like the others either.

Faria was so entertaining!!! Never a dull moment. He woke me up in the mornings! Tests are pretty straight forward. Not too much work, but you have to go over some things on your own.

overall, a pretty good professor. makes a lot of jokes in class, and takes time to get to know everyone's name and a little something about them. his tests can be tricky, but there isn't much class work or homework. he's very funny, and even at 930, i never had trouble staying awake or paying attention in class.
