Prof. Fremland is by far one of the best professors I've ever taken a course from. I had him for both lecture/lab and his office hour availability to clarify and answer questions alone is one of the reasons I succeeded well in his course. He has been teaching for so long and just gets it. I would take other Chem courses from him in a heartbeat.

He is a very passionate about his lectures, if you have questions he will answer them until you get it. He really does try to make it easy for you, well as easy as chemistry could be. He won't mark you down for attendance, but if you miss a class is gonna be tough to get the material even if you try and do it by yourself.

this prof gives an insane amount of time to his students, his dedication is incredible. take chem 152 with him & youll pass. review previous exams & go to office hours, hes so helpful and has so much patience. hes so funny thats the main reason i showed up. wish i could write more. take him for lecture & lab and you wont regret it. hes exceptional!

THIS CLASS IS HARD!! Unless you have previous experience with chemistry your going to need to put in 6+ hours outside of class studying a week just to get a B. An A is 85%. Btw if your someone who doesn't show up to class don't bother enrolling, he doesn't use any online tools & you will be lost the next day if you miss just one class.

Take him for lab!!! Take home midterm and open lab notebook for the final. No extra credit. Show up for every lab or your grade will take a big hit. As long as you put in a couple hours of work outside of class you can get a B/A easy.

BEST PROFESSOR EVER! He is so funny, nice, helpful and really good at explaining things he is the best chemistry professor i have ever had. Chemistry is really hard but with rob you will get an A and understand everything if you actually put in the work.

I liked rob a lot. highley reccommended. he is there for you, and tried hard to make sure you get the material. He also tries to make this chem journey as least but pain staking as it needs to be. He even has a few good jokes once in awhile lol. Good grader and his office hours were super helpful. I Always did good on exams too. Take him for lec&lb

I loved rob so much. The guy always had time for me in office hours and tried hard to make sure i understood the material. He has a good personality and is easy going which makes his chem class nice to come to. Tests are straight forward and not tricky and he gives some points for doing hw. I enjoyed his lectures and board notes. jokesr even funny

Currently taking his CHEM 111L class. Took another chem lecture class over a year ago. So I was worried I wasn't going to remember anything. Quiz every week about the Lab you're going to do that day. Labs done that week are turned in the next week. Easier grader and extremely helpful and understanding. Take this class for CHEM 11L, you wont regret

Thank god for Robert!!! Chemistry has been the toughest subject for me. He really knows his stuff, and he is halarious and keeps the class fun and interesting. The homework is out of the book, only 15 homework assignments and you usually get a whole week for one and they are not bad at all. He provides practice exams that are just like the exams.

As a veteran with 7 years since I last took a college course, I really appreciated Rob. He made his lectures so entertaining and the concepts were very easy to understand. I honestly never had to open the book except for the homework assignments because he explained everything so well. Come to class, take good notes, and you can easily do very well

He is wonderful! Very good at grading, no homework, only grades on tests. Midterm for his lab is take home, for final you can use the lab menu. He's also funny and caring, too shame he doesn't teach Chem200, if he does I would definitely take him
