It's basically impossible to fail this class... he literally gives you the questions for the tests beforehand and as long as you show up and take notes, you'll be able to find the answers easily. He's really funny and knows what he's talking about so his lectures are interesting.

One of the best teachers at Loyola and one of my favorite teachers I've ever had. Super funny and quirky, genuinely interested in the material and really just wants kids to learn as opposed to testing them on every little thing. Some people don't take his class seriously but if you just listen to his lectures they're hilarious and very interesting

Great teacher and would not take anyone else for a religion course at Loyola. If you take notes and study a couple hours for each test you should get an easy A. He will tell you as he writes on the board what will be on the test and even the question itself.

Super easy fun class. You learn a more modernized aspect of religion and get to analyze the bible in the ways the professor learned. Purely light-hearted class. Worth your 50min every day. Despite the syllabus, you aren't doing any writing just simple tests and no final!

Make sure you go to class- especially because he hand feeds you the exam answers. The material is dense and it helps if you can participate in class but he does you a solid with the exams. He is also hilarious and so helpful.

This is my second class with Gnuse and I love his classes because it boosts your GPA unlike other common curriculum classes. He gives you a study guide and reads out the questions the class before the actual test. Record it while he reads it out because he does talk very fast and you will not be able. My 3rd religion class will be with him as well.

Honestly, he is very knowledgable and an easy A. He tells you exactly what you need to know to pass the class and focuses on truly teaching the information in the class to the students. If you show up, you can pass, but if you pay attention, it is interesting material and a joy to see him get so excited by it.

I do not see the appeal of this professor. He gives you 3 multiple choice tests the entire semester, which to me just shows laziness. He was incredibly boring and frequently rambled or chuckled to his own inside jokes. If you don't mind multiple side-tracked stories, boring classes, and 3 exams then go for it.. otherwise, run while you can.

He speaks mostly about his own oppinions and cracks inside jokes to himself. You end up taking a lot of confusing notes only to find he only gave you a few funfacts that wont be on the test. There are only 3 tests, if you screw up, the is no make up. You are screwed... Just read the textbook and try not to sleep in class (I slept every time)
