Never went to class because all he does is summarize the textbook. He is a good professor but he doesn't really care about his students. He made us take the quizzes in lab not online and they were super hard. He also didn't curve the quizzes, homework grades, or lab grades like other chem professors did. He wasn't awful but he wasn't great either.

I LOVE Dr. Keiber! I went up to him after class one day and talked to him about careers in chemistry. He was very helpful and he really cares about his students. Very approachable and the class is fun. He sometimes trails off and tells us stories, and he usually takes volunteers from the class to help demonstrate stuff. TAKE HIM!

Dr. Keiber was a little hard to follow at times, but overall I think he does a good job at teaching a fairly boring subject. You have to study for exams pretty good but overall the class isn't that bad if he's your professor.

If you are looking for a fun and exciting chem prof, you've found the right guy. He does really cool (blow stuff up) experiments in class and is a big reason why UNCW graduates so many BS chemistry students every year.

A nice guy at first, but later turned out to be unsupportive. He says that he's there for the students, but his actions speak otherwise. Slightly below average lecturer, too wordy, talks too fast. But HOT, very HOT!

I loved Dr. Keiber...he was a very nice man, and I thought he taught Chemistry very well! I would take him again in a heart beat..and I also had his wife for the lab...he would come in there and help us!
