He's a great teacher if English isn't your best subject, but I wasn't really impressed with how condescending and rigid he was with assignments - if he didn't like the topic of anyone's papers, he would immediately reject them and refuse to grade it until they chose to write about something else. Abrasive and not interested in being an authority.

The best instructor ever. If you aren't easily offended this is the instructor you want. Attendance is not mandatory, but it's HIGHLY recommended so you don't miss anything. Don't be LATE, he hates that. Very easy going if you put forth the effort. He is a brilliant man with a great sense of humor. Students that don't like him didn't do the work.

I have never had an instructor so focused on helping his students. you will get out of the class exactly what you put in--if you want to learn you will! Unconventional, funny, and interesting. I respect mahon more than any other instructor i've eve had.

It's easy to pass his class. All you have to do is put on paper the ideas he likes. But don't try to express any ideas of your own. If you don't like to go to class a lot or do a lot of work, you will like him. We hardly ever stayed the whole period.

Bob is a very down to earth teacher that is all about the students and making their educational experience one of the finest. I enjoyed his class and felt that he worked with me to do the best that I could.
