probably my favorite professor at TU of my 4 years here! he is so sweet! tests are easy if you study like you should. everything comes from the text. attendance is not mandatory and we never stayed in class the full hour. he was helpful if you had questions. i think he's retiring so it sucks if you havent experienced class with him!

Professor Miller,He is a very nice man. Exam are not hard if you study. He will tell you what to study so go to class. Final is optional if you want to keep your grade after exam 1 and 2. You must take him. !!!!

I took Miller's 225 and made sure I had him for 226 even though that meant taking an early section. Excellent professor. Follows the book. Tested material is clearly noted. Tests sometimes have little tricks but are more than fair. No reason to get less than a B in his classes. And he takes attendance but it doesn't weight on your grade.

Professor Miller is one of the nicest and best professors I've had at TU. He bumps grades up, has a passion for the subject and is an all around funny and nice guy. This class is great if you need a GPA boost if you work and show up to class or if you are interested in the subject. I would take him again if I could.

Great guy! I had no interest in law at all beforehand, but he used examples, told helpful stories and made learning this stuff pretty easy. Very conversational and willing to help you any way he can. I'd take him again

Easy if you come to class and pay attention. He gives A's if you get a 90. The class gets boring times because it is straight lecturing from the book but he tells you what is important for the test. 3 test if you do good on the first 2 you don't have to take the third. Easy but fair class.

He is an easy A, but you do have to study. Class participation is what he mainly goes from if your between two letter grades (so participate). I had a B and he said to me "becuase of your participation, im giving you an A and I didnt have to take the final". And who wouldnt want that.

He is really nice. Its a fairly easy class. You should read the book even though the only thing he really does is read the book in class. I would recommend him highly! Just go to an occasional class and participate a lot. You'll want him for a grandpa he is so sweet! And makes little jokes that normally arent funny but are still nice. Great teacher

Great Person..my best professor at Towson.Take him at any cost. final is optional and your final grade is the average of the first two.Take home case studies are easy and he gives full points to everyone on that.Exams consist of MCQ'S and some short questions.just write your answers to the point and you will get full marks..its an easy A. Loved it!

great professor!! you do not have to come to class, but you do use the textbook alot so buy that, if you are satified with your two exams grades averaged together you dont have to take the Final. Test are easy and goes through what it on the test in class. Tells funny stories. Very sweet. Case analysis papers are so simple

Great class. A great break from all your other hard ones. Miller is very nice. The tests are so easy and the cases are easy too. Highly reccomended.
