I really like this professor. She cares about your learning and gives you examples of what she wants in the debates. I love that she gives you a choice between writing a paper or creating a powerpoint presentation for the class. I learn more from creating a presentation rather than writing another boring paper. She brings you candy! lovely lady

An alright teacher. Could barely hear her lecture, and she includes a lot of anecdotes whenever she lectures. I was falling asleep, but paying attention to her powerpoints will help you get ready for her exams. It is just a lot of material to remember, and her exams are short answer- and essay-heavy.

Please, all communication majors out there. Take COMM 3370- Rhetorical Dimensions of the Media instead of COMM 4375- Media Ethics. It's so much easier and less stressful. Also, Dr. Williamson makes it so much easier to get an A.

This lady here is so cute! She is very nice and really cares about her students. Show up to class, do her exam reviews, keep up with the power points on BB and study for her tests, show up for your group presentation, do the essay and you should pass with an A. There are 2 exams, 1 midterm and final. You need the book only for the presentation.

Lectures are clear and straightforward. She sometimes repeats the same stories, but it's okay b/c she's really adorable. Tests are a mix between multiple choice and free response/short answer, but majority is the latter. No homework at all and a few group projects. Very sweet professor

Hands down THE BEST communications professor at UST! Whether you're in undergrad or the MLA program for communications, you will learn, you will have fun and you will pass. Sweetest professor on the campus. She gives you the powerpoints. You don't need the book. She's non biased and awesome! Shes the definition of a real old school professor!

Dr. Williamson is one of my favorite professors from UST! She is really sweet, funny, and you can tell she wants you to do well. Fairly easy tests if you put any effort into studying. Doing her reviews helped. Even though this is a "speech" class, we only had to do one group presentation.

Really sweet professor, willing to do anything to help the student succeed. The tests follow the study guides. She has a dorky but sweet sense of humor during lectures and isn't afraid to laugh at herself. One of the best professors I have come across. Study the book and pay attention in lecture, you will do fine.

Uses powerpoints in class so note-taking is easy. Gives very detailed test reviews and if you do them, you will ace the tests. tests arent hard -- some matching, multiple choice, short answer, and one essay.has a few quizzes that are all matching so theyre pretty easy, too. overall, a pretty easy class.

Ive taken multiple classes with her and enjoyed every single one. As you start getting into upper division she starts to grade harder though, which is totally understandable. Can't wait to have her again. P.s. Take rhetorical dimensions, its great!
