You can do all the reading you want, but he explains it much better in class, so you should definitely show up. He also does a nice job elaborating on topics you may have questions about and he's receptive of different ideas. He's pretty funny too, but it was a small class so take that with a grain of salt

He is a very good teacher. He explains the information and gives good examples for better understanding. Make sure to take notes! They are literally your bestfriend in that class. Also make sure to do the study guides he provides, they will definitely help reflect on your exam scores.

I had Rod for Macro & Micro Econ. He makes a tough subject bearable & sort of funny. If you are an engaged learner you will have no problems. You need to read the material & use the study guides to understand the material. He is always open to helping students- before class, after class, & during office hours. I have no complaints.

Mr.Anderson knows economics in and out. I found his class very difficult. Way too much expected out of an intro course. I think that he expects everyone to wrap there heads around concepts that he finds easy. Nice person /hard professor!

Rod teaches a very DIFFICULT subject (economics). He is able to make it pertinent and interesting. I'm not saying he makes it easy, but you learn the subject matter. Rod is able to explain econ in a plain language manner. He uses Powerpoint, graphs, and handouts to ease the learning.
