I am deeply offended that I have to pay for this class. He posted a syllabus, a due date at the end of the semester and nothing else. The class is very difficult at the best of times, but he does not offer any help at all and answers maybe 1 in 3 emails. When he answers, most of the time its like he did not even read the question. HORRIBLE!

worst class I ever took! He made us write three papers for our entire grade. No student interaction, no updates on how you did on your papers, no response back when you email him. DO NOT take his online classes if you have a choice. good God.

For those of you who actually participate in class and do the readings, intro is an awesome class. It's hard to fail if you just do your homework and read up. He may seem rough around the edges, but that's him trying to get you to think and participate. He's not trying to rip on you,just make you see another side of the argument. Great Teacher.

Rod is a great teacher. Like other semi-unpopular teachers at this institution, Rod is a tough teacher that really pushes his students to exapnd their knowledge and apply it to real life situations. I would suggest taking an class taught by Rod. He is a good guy who will teach you a lot!!!!!

Rod Witt has his good and bad moments. I do believe that he could do a better job in updating materials and incorporate more constructive classroom discussion. He could also be more helpful in advising and other important activities benefiting students.

The course material is not at all what I expected. Seems to me that the material is outdated. A lot of reading! He is a little rough around the edges but is very helpful when asked for help. I would recommend the instructor but not the class.

Rod is a great prof!! but you have to be willing to put forth your effort. he does pick favorites, but if you're worried about it show up, listen to lecture, and participate! do this and there's no need to worry about being crucified in class.
