Prof.Contois is the most helpful and understanding person i have ever met in my entire life. He has impacted me greatly,i owe him all the gratitude and thanks possible. Seriously, take his courses!His methods vary but his aim is to find a way to help you understand for your benefit.He is always willing to help clarify,and even tutor if needed.

Roger is an excellent instructor. He does an excellent job of explaining concepts and laying out the material in a way that one could better understand the material. I would STRONGLY recommend this professor for those students who struggle with math.

He never taught. We had to read the chapter and then he'd make us write our answers and present them on the board even if we told him we didn't know how to do it. If you don't know an answer, he acts like you're stupid. When he's sick, he'll bring you in and give you homework and then let you go 5 minutes into the hour. Not a fun class.

The MOST HELPFUL proff. I've ever seen. I spend hours every week in his office and he never seemed to mind. A lot of home work though! I would recommend him if you really want to learn algebra.

It was his first time. He wasn't clear on what he wanted for his lesson plans or his homework. He didn't want to be flexible until the entire class addressed him. He assigned way too much homework for any one person to handle. The class was 2 credits and wasn't worth my time. I didn't care for his class at all.

Prof goes into good details. Covers needed info & is very helpful. he makes some jokes that are funny & some that are like... mmkay.. moving on! But ask questions!!! he loves answering them. He will talk to you when he is answering though, so you might feel little pressure, but in the end, you'll understand it 98% better. Good Prof!!

Before taking this class, I thought I could never understand math. Then I had Contois and he forced me to actually spend the time to learn it. I got an A+. For the first time, I clearly understood. I now enjoy math. I strongly suggest taking him. Thanks to him, math is now alot easier.

Mr. Contois is by far the best teacher i've ever had for ANY subject! He may be strict on attendence but it helps to learn if you go to class. I'm not very good at math & i got an A-. He will take time out to help you whenever you need it. I would see him in Starbucks all the time and he would even come and help me w/ homework! Sweet guy

I found Prof. Contois very helpful. He consistantly answered my questions and made himself available for additional help. I struggle with math and he helped to make it much clearer. Lots of quizes with problems right from the homework. Do your homework - easy A on the Quizes. Great teacher!

I couldn't pay attention to save my life in the class. Lots of homework, and it's only necessary half of the time. You can only have two absences if you don't want to take the exam - which is hard as heck considering it's too boring to bring yourself to get the energy to go. I wouldn't count on it.

Did not enjoy his class one bit if you ask a question he belittles you. Beware alot of quizzes and even if you have a doctors note you get a zero. would not recommend to anyone.
