Awesome professor! It might help that the book is really good at teaching also. The work he makes you do online really helps learn what youre doing. He's more then willing to help and he does a decent job at trying to be funny. I took him again for 292 cuz I like his teaching so much.

Tried to be funny, but wasnt.. He doesnt believe in using Wiley Plus and makes you do all problems by hand instead.. VERY HARD unless you've had an accounting class in high school which I hadn't.. Take a teacher who uses Wiley Plus.. It's the easiest thing in the world and definitely helps you learn accounting sooooo much better..!! Bad Roger Lewis

His lectures for me were worthless. Just went over the assigned problems and was disorganized. Nice guy overall though, just not my kind of teaching style. Accounting is a tough subject, so be prepare to study no matter who your professor is.

I love accounting so i especially loved this class. Lewis is helpful and tries to be funny which is nice. I understand accounting can be boring but he makes it okay. He offers example problems for every test which were a huge help. Study those and definitions and understand and will do fine! Good Luck!

AWESOME Prof!!! Very fun and very funny. He makes things realistic. He says how life is. "It isn't the most important subject and you probably hate it, I know what it's like" Cool guy and understands. Moved from Diet Coke to Water :) :) :)

This is the professor to take for 291 or 292. He tells you exactly what will be on the first 3 tests, and he plays clips from "The Office" every once and awhile. He definately made it worth coming to 8 am class. I liked 292 way better than 291. He is a great professor!

One of "the" best professors at SCSU. Ask him a question & he's prepared with multiple answers- he's that learned. An "A" in his class = Don't miss ANY homewrok quizzes + Crack ALL Online quizzes + Do FAIR ENOUGH during tests. Be PREPARED for the finals though. I'm taking 292 (AS WELL) with him . Get used to his diet coke and "the office." Fun !!

This guy is a prick. I would never recommend him to anyone. Got a decent grade in the class- but would have rather taken this with someone that is more of a people person. Surprised that this professor would even get tenure with his horrible communication and people skills. Loves talking down to students...sad.

What a hoot. It was almost fun taking Accounting 292 with him as the teacher. He explains things vividly and re-explains if you don't understand. He'll give you hints constantly as to what will be on the tests, pay attention to these hints. Go to class, pay attention, do the homework and on-line quizes and you will easily get a B in his class.
