Roger Wolff is a fantastic professor. He is clearly dedicated to the topic and to his students. He goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone gets a grasp of data analysis. His classes and tutorials prepared us well for the midterm and the final.

Very Very hard course to get your head around. Do as many previous mid-terms/finals as you can to prepare for them (almost exactly the same). Try to see what he wants from the projects BEFORE you hand them in.. Ours was too mathematical and not written for an average investor and he wasn't lenient at all and gave us a horrible mark.

Boring class, but Roger was a fairly decent prof. He's organized, but sometimes the lectures are quite dry. Tutorials are VERY helpful, as he goes over past midterms.
