Ron is a good teacher, he likes to joke around, but if you joke around sometimes he will turn red with anger. Bring your supplies to class and get to class on time and you will be fine.

Cosner spent most of his teaching career in a high school, and his teaching style is heavily influenced by this. He likes to stand in front of class saying "This is college!", all the while being the only person behaving like it isn't. Decent teacher, just go to class and don't expect him to be cool about any attendance missed.

Technically speaking, I do think he's a good teacher; his methods really did help me to learn the language. However, he can be a bit of a jerk... He does NOT give partial credit on test questions, which can drag your grade down quite a lot, and he does not accept homework that is late or early, no matter what the reason is for you missing class.

Professor Cosner creates a fun learning environment and treats his students like the adults they are. His teaching methods are wonderful.. he speaks only in German so we are constantly hearing the language.

Great prof. really helpful. Tests pretty easy. Test you what you need to know. Homework though, better show up for class. He won't take it if you're not there, and won't take ahead of time if you're going to miss a class.
