Absolutely fantastic professor. The quizzes are easy if you do the reading, and the reading is usually pretty good. He genuinely cares about helping you become a better writer, and is a great man to work with. I owe much of my MFA to him!!

Very sweet man, and brilliant. He was always very patient with his students, and always helped out as much as he could. Even when students came **** and insulted him, he kept his cool, and treated them with Jesus like grace. Got me interested in Russian Lit.
