The Professor does not provide clear instructions for assignments. Does not provide a scale for how he reaches a grade and DOES NOT respond to student emails. VERY BAD experience. Will NEVER take a class from this Professor again.

Prof Hammond is the only person to take from. I hesitate to take online classes, but this was the best ever! DO NOT TAKE FROM ANYONE ELSE! Essays are not hard, just put in the time and you'll do fantastic. Dropped class of prof who taught spring 2013. Grateful I did! Do not take from the professor who taught in- class Spring 2013!

I usually don't recommend online classes, but this was the best one. Started with another professor and dropped class for unfair grading and lack of teaching. Best choice was to take from Prof. Hammond. Great teacher.ONLY take this class online!

Take from a professor who knows how to teach. Fair grader. Learned how to be a better negotiator because of this class. Don't take from anyone else. You'll be sorry if you do. Essays are easy if you do the reading and participate in the discussions.

I learned so much about different cultures in this class. Essays help you learn. Prof Hammond is so knowledgeable and willing to help his students learn. Take his class. Those who called the assignments "busy work" didn't want to put forth any effort. This class is NOT hard, it just takes effort. So much better than the other options avail.

I do not rate instructors, but I really like his class. It was a lot of work, but if you ask for his help before the essays are due he will give you timely feedback. I really like this his class.

Took this class online and it was horrible. He doesn't give details about what is required, and will blame you because you must have read things wrong. NO COMMUNICATION or feedback, its the end of the semester and I have no clue about a single grade for the entire semester

I took his online 330G class and my suggestion is never take a class from this man. He is so unorganized and you are basically lost the whole class. He has yet to respond to one of my emails and nobody in the class knows whats going on. If your smart do not take this class!

I absolutely foung Hammond's MGMT 3320 class to be a breath of fresh air from many of the former classes I have taken at UVU. His assignments will make you learn a lot about yourself. Unlike many educators, Scott wants his students to think for themselves. I have a lot of respect for this man!

I loved this class. It was all discussion. He was very flexible about the assignments. He does have a different style of teaching, but it worked well for me. Think Robin Williams in Dead Poets Society. I took this a few semesters ago, but it is one of my favorite classes I have taken at UVSC. Highly reccomend him!

Had him for Org. Behavior and Cross Cultural Communications. Teaching style is very different, but very real world. Students that expect to be told EXACTLY how to do something will be frustrated, but that's how the business world works. You won't always have a structured syllabus to follow. Learn to be a scholar, not just a student. Great teacher.

Scott is a fun teacher with a different approach to teaching, which some people can't handle. I learned more about life in class than any other I've attended. His grading is more subjective than most and it emphasizes a lot of participation in class, being a good world citizen, and becoming a well-rounded academic.

Hammond rocked. I learned so much in this class. I had several friends reccomend hime to me, and I loved him. He does teach in a non traditional way, not just lecturing, but expecting you to actualing have a discussion in class. I loved that! If you go to his class willing to learn, instead of take notes, you'll love him.
