Is a good professor. Class is very discussion based which makes it interesting and allows you to relate the topics to something you are interested in. He is sarcastic sometimes but overall I think he is a good professor. There is group work involved and also if you show up to every class you dont have to take the final!

Had Ron for communications and other Organizational Leadership classes. I liked his style, and learned a lot from Ron. If you do your work, he treats you with respect. What more could you ask from a professor?

Yes, Ron has his favorites. I was one of them. He usually picks the hard working students in his class. He is energetic, very knowledgable about the subject, and willing to help (albeit hard to get ahold of sometimes). His sense of humor at times borders on unacceptable, but at least he is a quality professor.
