He taught for most of the semester and switched off every now and then with Prof. Lipsky. Both are very different in their lecture formats. Seeber talks more about the material with Lipsky talking more about his experience. However, both do a great job at conveying the importance of CB

He presents a lot of material on slides, which grow unwieldy by the end of the term. The tests are fair, you answer two of three questiond with multiple parts. The two collective bargaining sessions are also entertaining despite the grueling preparations.
