2 multiple choice exams and 2 class presentations on a topic of choice. Gives exam reviews the class before exam, just go to them and study the night before and you'll do fine. The class presentations seem intimidating, but he is a very lenient grader and no matter how you present it, you'll probably get an A on them.

He gives a very detailed exam review before the midterm and final! You are assigned 2 oral presentations but they're super easy and he doesn't give many expectations or criteria for it, so don't stress about it! He doesn't give a lot of feedback on grades but he really knows his stuff when he lectures!

You get 2 exams based off the oral presentations that the students give. He does a review the class before the exam that is basically the exam so don't miss that day. This is mostly a student taught class. Don't be scared of the 2 oral reports you have to do, there is nothing super specific about them. Take if you can, great for a change!

Incredibly easy class if you're just in it for the grade. But if you really want to learn, you can discover so much from this man. He's absolutely brilliant, but doesn't have the attitude of importance that so often blocks students enjoying their professors' intelligence.

Professor Wallace was very interesting and greatly facilitated the learning process. His tests are really a joke but that's because he focuses more on discussion and you learning the material than simply testing your ability to regurgitate facts. Wonderful class. Wonderful guy. Take this class.

By far the best professor I've ever had at UCF. He knows Anthropology like the back of his hand. He is incredibly intelligent and extremely likable. He's getting older, but is still easy to relate to. Might be retiring, but if not - and if you're into actually learning something at UCF and with ease - take a class with him!

Wallace is great. Took him Summer A, 2007. Gives 50 questions T/F final & midterm.7 mins to finish test. Gives a comprehensive review- every question on exam is mentioned in the review. If you cant sit the test when it is scheduled, hes super cool about make ups. Take this professor whenever he is available. Super easy and great teaching techniques

Dr. Wallace's class was so easy! I cannot stress this enough- I took it over the summer and the first half, I went everyday and took notes like crazy. He gave a review the day before the midterm and I committed it to memory and got a 100% on the test. That's really the only day you need to go. There's only two tests though and they're true/false.

Prof. Wallace is amazing! He is very smart and knows what he is talking about. He sets the class up so we teach eachother and he adds in useful info. Though I did not always go to class, I highly respect him! And if you want to me influenced by a friendly intelligent person, then he is the man!

Saying that he's the best professor I've ever had at UCF would be an understatement, he's absolutely great. I swear he knows EVERYTHING, he always keeps you interested, and he's the nicest, most personable guy ever. I hope someday I can be as smart as him, but for now, I'll just be intimidated.

Before taking his class I was a B.F.A. Film major with an absolute revulsion of science. After it, I considered a minor in anthropology. Still is my model on how to teach a course.

I love this guy!! He's probably one of the smartest profs I've ever had. Knowledge about many different subjects. I've taken him for 3 classes now and received A's in every one. He has two tests, true/ false and the ability to turn in extra credit. His lectures are very conversational and entertaining. He does give a great review for his tests.

Excellent professor. Highly recommend. Knowledgeable and interesting. Only a midterm and final. Definitly go to class, or you will fail. All the notes for the exams are in that class, so go and take them. I took him for summer and we never used the book once, so I don't recommend buying it. But overall, Wallace is fantastic. Highly recommend him.

Grade is made up of 4 oral reports and a final term paper due the last day of class. I rarely showed up for class unless I had a report due. Very laid back, but has the ability to talk for the entire class period. Great guy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Professor Wallace is an awesome professor! His lectures are kind of boring but as long as you look through the book and use the vocab. lists while looking through the book, you'll pass this class!
