Has a tendency to fall behind her lecture schedule and then blame it on the class. And when she does fall behind she skips important examples in the notes in an attempt to catch up. She is a tab boring but still a good professor.

This Teacher Sucks! The class isn't too hard to pass, as long as you study, but the teacher, WOW! How Boring. The whole class goes like this: You buy theTarget Copy notebook(and make sure you buy it; it's the only one you need), then she reads the book, at lightning speed, not explaining anything in detail. save your time, don't go to her class.

Easy A. Just do A LOT of studying. Go to TZ!! I never went to class, except 2 times. I just studied the night before the exam. Very easy class, and very easy lady. Easy A, just study a lot. And take her.

I suggest attending the lectures, because the sample problems are very similar to her exams. She moves quickly during lectures, so keep up. Is always willing to help during office hours. Really nice lady.

The beginning is a bit rough...getting used to fast-paced lectures where there is no time to ask questions. If you have questions, figure it out or get help...the discussion group class time barely has time to actually "discuss"; it revolved around the quizzes. Once you get used to it all, the class was fine though.

She is nice and clear but boring. She sounds like a parrot most of the time during lectures. She makes the class boring and ignores student's questions most of the time. It's like she doesnt even care about the class. Make sure you do the hw, and go to lecture, then its not too hard.

I just don't like her teaching. It's so boring and not very helpful. All I have to do is fill in the rest of the lecture myself. She doesn't give me much incentive to go to class (although I still go every day). I like my discussion class with my TA, but I don't like the lecture.

She is an okay teacher. She just goes very fast, and does not expect nor want people to ask questions. It is very important to do the online homework that is basically how you will learn the material. The online hw is hard but you can go to the math lab and get a lot of help. Also doing the homework is also helpful but not necessary!

She is a good professor who cares about the class. If you took calc in high school, then you should have no problem passing the class. However I didn't like the fact that she went very fast and ignored some of the student's questions in class and prefered one class over the other. If you study and do the practice problems you'll do fine.

Khuri is seriously the BEST math teacher ever. Before MAC2233, I hadn't taken math in 4 years and before that I had terrible math teachers. I HATED math. Khuri made calculus more than doable. Goes at solid pace, esp. if someone with a fear of math like me could follow along. Buy the book,do all the questions at the end of each chapter, and do HW.

If you go to class, do the online homework and do well on quizzes you should be fine. The tests have some tricky questions and its easy to get tricked into the wrong answer. The best advice to do well is to DO PRACTICE TESTS and go to the math lab to make sure you understand the material. I am not good in math but pulled an A with ease

If you took calc in HS this class won't be hard. **** was helpful before the tests since I never went to class. The only time you need the textbook is for the online hw most of the problems have identical ones in the book... too bad I didn't figure this out until the end of the class.

she is a good professor, i would suggest you pay an atention when you take this class, prepare yoursefl for upperdivison study, like manegiral economics, the only thing i don't like about her is she doesn't PAUSE!!!! :(

Mrs. Khuri is a good professor. However most students agree that she likes to talk fast and likes the class to go at a fast pace. The class will be easy if you study, do the online HW and do the practice problems for each exam. otherwise you will fail. My friends ended up dropping the class since they didnt study.

You must go to class or else you'll be screwed. Do the practice problems but there are tons of office hours and you should take advantage of them even though I never really did.
