Honestly a wonderful professor. She is very knowledgeable and is serious about training well qualified teachers. Her class is not easy but it is not unreasonable. She does not tolerate laziness. But she will work hard for you and support you every step of the way. Loved her.

AMAZING teacher. If you are truly serious about your major she is the professor to have. She is incredibly knowledgeable and gives assignments that will only help you in the long run. She cares a lot for her students and will work with you if you need anything at all. She has very high expectations and make you work but her class is not impossible.

Best teacher I have ever had. This is no easy class, don't get me wrong, but if you are serious about being a great teacher then you need to have her as a professor. As long as you work really hard and give 100% you will be just fine. She does not put up with laziness, but she cares about her students and will work with you if you need help.

Dr. Gann was honestly one of the best professors I have ever had. She is tough and her class is hard but it is not impossible. As long as you work hard and give it your all you will be just fine. This is NOT a class where you can be lazy or only put 50% into your work and expect an A. I learned more in her class than any other in my college career.

I am so extremely disappointed that someone of this character could not only call themself a teacher, but tries to educate others on HOW to be a teacher. This is an example of how NOT to be. She is mean, rude, evil, careless, and gets her thrills out of PUBLICLY degrading others. How ETSU allows her to continue is unknown.

Do not be intimitated by this woman, she wants you to speak up and if you challenge her have your facts straight. I sat all the way in the back and received a B+, and thats only because someone aced the test. Always helped when you sought her out after class...Granted not the epitome of politeness, but her class was always very entertaining.

I have never in my life been so dissatisfied with an instructor. She is the example of exactly what NOT to be. Its discouraging that she is teaching a course to help us grow as educators. No social skills, very cold and rude. No interest in relating to her students & their well being. Unbelievable ETSU continues to employ someone of this nature.

However, she cannot be avoided so shut up and take a seat because if you speak up or question her, you're sure to regret it.. your grade will prove it!

She is an absolutely horrible teacher. I would never recommend her. If she does not like you, she will do everything in her power to make sure you fail. She is very unclear with her expectations and extremely rude, no matter how nice you are. I can't say this enough, she is a horrible teacher!! DO NOT TAKE HER!!!!

DR. Gann is the worst teacher I have ever had. I have spoke with her on a personal level and she has been very rude to me. Since I don't sit in the front row, she continuously gives me bad grades. I definetely don't recommend her unless you HAVE to take her. She is very unclear on her expectations and makes you feel stupid when asking questions!

Dr. gann is very forgetful. She changes her mind daily about assignments, attendances, and even grades. Make sure you sit on in the front. There were five rows in my class. The first row got A's. Second B's. and so on. It is a require class for Block. So good luck! Never been so happy to be finished with a class!

Dr. Gann is not an easy teacher. Her class was one of the hardest I have had thus far at ETSU. However, she is very clear about what she wants in your work and what she expects in class. She is not always friendly and has a tendency of calling you out if you are not doing work correctly, but she is FAIR and is always willing to help you improve.

I loved this teacher! I had a death in my family and she worked with me.She helps you write papers correctly for your future. She is also very sweet. The people who say mean things about her are just whiney babies. I loved her. She does make you write papers and work but that is what teachers are for. Dr. Gann is a sweetheart!
