She is VERY UNORGANIZED and forgetful. Does not take the time to update students grade on blackboard nor has any record of students progress to share if asked to. At the end of the semester she gave me an F, I had to arrange a meeting w the Dean to get this sorted, turned out she made a MISTAKE and I actually had a B+. INCONVENIENT !! Do not take

Don't take this class unless you want to dedicate a lot of time to it, & still get a below average grade. She was absent a few times & didn't notify us at all. She doesn't really talk about actual history, but rather shares personal uninteresting anecdotes--which don't help during tests. If you care about your grade, seek another professor.

She was, by far, my favorite educator that I've ever had. She lays out all the rules in her syllabus, and if you follow instructions, you should get an A with ease. She forced us to keep a weekly journal which was very helpful in having the work really sink in. She is passionate about history and knows it by heart. Great lecturer, sweet and funny.

Teaches section of Christian Church history in extremely bias way in favor of Roman Catholicism. Distorts facts and dates and doesn't take kind to superior knowledge of a subject on the part of a student. Will not like you if not in favor of her ideas and bias.

All I got to say is I have an average of B+ on all my work in the class and the final grade she gave me is a D. She is not organized at all. I'm sure my grade will change because i am disputing it. The one semester I didn't bother to check this website, and it was the biggest mistake ever. SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Daily homework, NEVER uses the books, and super disorganized. Barely on time, and gives people problems when they are late. HYPOCRITE!

In my 3 years at southwestern college, she is by far the most ignorant,unnecessary,boring, unorganized...and over all useless professor i have had in my academic career. There is no reason for a teacher who stresses organization yet is extremely unorganized and unprofessional, to be teaching. Especially at her age. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Worst class ever! I'm not the picky or complainer kind, and can actually keep quiet and seated...but TRUST ME on this one: DO NOT REGISTER FOR HER CLASS! It's awful. Never has a lesson plan and talks and talks (but repeats many lectures, you'll believe it's deja-vu).

Most of the people that complain about her class are the ones that are late and don't study or take notes. Prof Gonzalez really stresses the big picture and I really enjoy how she elaborates in lectures and gives little factoids about history that really complete the picture and help you understand. Great professor in my opinion.

Worst teacher I have ever crossed upon... BY FAR. Everything was a nightmare; boring, no teaching plan, random assignments, useless note taking and note rewriting, etc.. Oh, and she is EXTERMELY anal aboutt plagarism and if she even suspects you have even copied a sentence from your neighbors notes, she will fail you...ask me all about it.
