The least caring professor I have ever had. Takes no time to respond to emails when we need help and won't schedule time to meet outside of class. The quizzes are nothing like what she teaches. She gets frustrated when we don't understand something. If you don't care about teaching and helping your students then go back to doing research.

She is unorganized, and her lectures are not comprehensible. It is a difficult subject to teach, but she is not the best candidate for it. Her exams are nothing about what she teaches in class and does not use the text like she should. Unfortunately she is the only one that teaches this. Good Luck

I do not understand why people complain about Dr. Heuberger. She is a great professor. Tests are difficult, but she curves them up about 10% so if you try you are going to do well. She also puts a huge emphasis on attendance.

Dr. Heuberger is the worst teacher I have EVER had. You must know every single little detail to pass her tests. Her tests were online/open book and the average grade on them were still failing grades. She expects you to know everything about the subject since she has a doctorate. HORRIBLE!!!

Dr. Heuberger is a fantastic teacher! She is very bright and she knows her stuff. Her lectures are clear and she really cares about students. She has high standards but you will do well if you are willing to work. I have taken two courses with her and she is the reason why I chose dietetics major.

Stinks. How can someone find her funny? However she did say that if you were stranded on an island and could only have one food, a potato would supply your body with the most balanced nutrition to survive. Luckily I'm on the Atkins diet.

She's tough but fair, very fair. She knows her material and is up-to-date on the latest and greatest in nutrition. Heard she brought her awesome dog in. She's one of the best teachers I've had.
