Sharp. Rude. Indirect. Know it all who is no help. Very critical. Work is easy, tests seem easy until you see your grade and think wtf. You can get by with a C and not buy the book. Simple math, easy class teacher is just rude and unhelpful.

Dr. Neff is a great teacher and a wonderful person. I didn't do extremley well in her class, but it was to my own fault. She is always there to help and is very personable. Dr. Neff is ridiculously boring. My undiagnosed ADD kicked in the very first day. She's annoying and rude. She thinks all of her students are dumb and goes on a rant about how everyone needs a tutor. She gives you study guides before the test however everything on the test was pulled from her ass.

She is a good professor. I didn't buy the book and I still got a B in her class. The most I studied for her tests was 10 maybe 15 min before the exam. She spoon feeds you the damn material and gives you a review work sheet/guide before each exam. That wasn't enough for some (slower people). Go NEFF

I'm sorry to burst anyone's bubble about how wonderful she is, but. . . She doesn't teach anything. She reads the undetailed info on her powerpoints. If you don't read the text, forget it. I could take the course without her and it wouldn't be any different. She acts like you should know the answers when you ask questions.

Dr. Neff is a great professor, and I recommend taking her for any of the courses that she teaches. She is very dedicated to her students, and her classes are interresting and can be a lot of fun. Just make sure you go to class, and read over her power points carefully, and definitely do your labs..they're an easy 10 points.

Very in-depth class. You need to pay attention in here. She is always willing to help out though. Very good listener and loves to ask the class for their opinion. I'd advise anyone who is not smart to not take this class or you will fail. She is a tough teacher to please.

I am in Neff's nutrition class in the hall of flags.Despite the large group she wants to get know her students.During lectures she brings many visual examples and explains them in length.Her tests are a little tuff and have some shady questions.But STUDY!
