I took this class over the summer online. It was very informative and allowed for interaction with other classmates via blackboard discussion forums. Professor L. was extremely responsive to emails and questions via the Q/A section. When ever I felt lost she/ other classmates were able to quickly get me back on target. Great 1st online experience.

She was a great professor. She doesn't care how long your discussion post is (that doesn't mean 1 sentence!), as long as you make your point and answer the question(s) you are good. She was available throughout the class. I missed a test because I confused dates, but she let me take it without losing points! You will learn a lot. Easy A!

Prof. Bednarz-Luglio was the best thing that happened to me during my time at Gateway. She really went above and beyond to help make sure I had all the right and necessary credits to graduate. She was there for me more than the people that were supposed to be. She very flexible and understanding of regular life, I missed a test because of a family emergency and she was so great in making sure I was able to make up the test along with offering extra credit to keep my grade up. I guess the best way to describe her is she's a real person, who doesn't look at you as just a name on her class list. She's very responsive to emails and any other questions you might have about he material. I also had an issue with getting my book all I had to do was talk to her and she was very helpful. I also enjoyed how even though it was an online class she had you respond to other classmates posts, made it feel a little more personal and not just a fill in the blank class. It was nice to HAVE to read other students posts (something I never do in my other classes) to get a different outlook on the same subject. Overall she was an amazing teacher and I highly recommend taking one of her classes to see how a real college professor should teach!!

Simply the best! Prof. Luglio makes Marketing fun and exciting, even at 7:30 AM! She is vibrant and cheerful. Exams are open-note and are based on chapters in the text. Class discussions revolve around the text as well. Homework is also based on the chapters in the text, but is relatively easy. She offers a LOT of extra credit. Highly recommend!!!!

Took class online. She will tell you you need to buy the expensive textbook but DO NOT. All the info you need for the tests is in the notes. Class wasn't too bad at all but there are a lot of pick an article and respond assignments that get old pretty quick. Tests were pretty easy , but the forced participation is annoying and not necessary.
