She's a very smart woman and has high expectations for her students. Her curriculum is rigorous and well thought out, if a little ambitions. However, don't expect help outside of class. She is great if you have a decent understanding of French and can speak reasonably well, but if your French is above or below average she's terrible.

Absolutely wonderful teacher and brilliant woman...she has a lot to offer. Dr. T will respect you if you try your hardest and ask questions. Very smart woman with interesting perspectives. My favorite class at SLU was with Dr. Tremblay. Very discussion-based classes.

She's a very nice person, and I found her classes very interesting. She does have an interesting perspective on American issues since she is native Quebecois. If you do your work and come to class regulary, she loves you! You will definitely learn a lot in her classes.

She knows her stuff. But if you're not "quebeçois" watch out. She hated me and 2 native french speakers in class that we knew invalid french because we didn;t learn it in Canada. Outside of class she isn't bad.

This class is a lot of work, if you don't read french well, it will definitely be hard. You have to understand the reading really well to answer the extremely specific questions on quizzes of 12 chapters, if you insist on taking the course, good luck!

Her class is challenging but is also quite amusing. I've particularly enjoyed her perspectives of American life, being a native of Quebec. A great class if you want to improve, have fun & learn something. (If you smile a lot she'll like you)

She didn't care that no one understood Italian. Read the book and don't ask stupid questions. She has issues speaking English and none of us spoke Italian or French. She has to be one of the worst teachers I've ever had.
