I took Professor Lindley for the spring semester. I took her class because it was online but her grading policy is way to tough. I never heard of a class where if you fail the midterm or the final you fail the class. That's pretty harsh I could tell that a lot of people failed the final because the final was not like the practice final she gave.

Comment:

Her class is pretty easy. It is a bit of work but the concepts are relatively simple. She is way too strict, and extremely inflexible. You must attend the exams on the dates and times provided, even if you have a legitimate conflict (ex: another exam in a different class scheduled at the same time) cares more about her rules than educating students

Prof. Lindley is a no-nonsense type of professor. Expect the usual - a lot of math homework. You have to do the work and understand the work to pass. Prof. Lindley isn't so bad. Just make sure you read, understand, and follow her syllabus; her expectations are pretty clear.

Professor does not care about you passing or anything of that nature. You can work hard and pass all of your assignments, and still receive a failing grade. If you don't pass the two finals she gives during the semester, you fail the class. She is probably one of the worst professors I have ever experienced. I don't not recommended taking her.

A++ Online class. Lots of work as this class prepares you for the college level courses. She wants you to pass. Do the work & you will. Gives extra credit. The easiest mistake to make is to rely strictly on MYMATHLAB software for study. Practice from the text as well. She tells you EXACTLY what to study for midterm & final. Notebooks are graded.

I don't know why she has all the bad reveals. I took her for a summer class and i got an A. She is helpful and give ALOT of home work. I think its a way to make students do well and she gives a lot of extra credit to help improve your grade. I highly recommend her

Comment:

Got 100s on everything in her class except for the final. Got a 65 on the final because instructions weren't clear. She failed me for the class even though my average was a 90 WITH the final grade. Would not recommend the class if you get nervous / don't do well on final exams. Very unfair.

GREAT teacher-explains things very well & in detail. Even includes details on where to find the buttons you need on your calculator! I took Stats online with her-lecture notes are PHENOMENAL-crystal clear, & concise. Would highly recommend. Assigns a lot of HW but its useful work, & offers lots of extra credit points to boost your grade. Love her!

Been out of high school for years so had to take a remedial class. The amount of work in this class is obsurd, there is more work in this class than in my credit courses; considering all you get from this class is a pat on the back and an ok to take higher courses...find another professor.

I took her online class and it was horrible. There were way too much homework and quizzes. There were four email homework and she didn't even tell us what the each step should be. Simply, if you don't want to fxxx up your gpa, DO NOT TAKE HER. I'm saving from the misery guy.

If you want to slave over homework everyday take her. I dislike that she goes off on a tangent when she is suppose to explain a problem. Plus she skips steps. The quizzes online are similar to the test and equally hard. She never writes on the board and teaches by writing out problems on a computer monitor, handwriting is not clear when projected

How can any professor expect any student to learn Calulus 2 on a smart board. Her hand writing isn't even clear and she goes way to fast through the lesson. My first two test exams were extremely bad and I did the homework. If you have her drop the class, I repeat drop the class.

DO NOT TAKE HER IF YOU HAVE HALF A BRAIN CELL...on a serious note she does make her grading policy clear you need a 65 on the final to pass the course, she does not take into consideration the work you put in or your homework...if you get a 64 nothing will change her mind to giving you an extra point...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
