very nice person but not a good professor... his way of teaching is quite different. He try his best to explain things but he covers lot of syllabus in a short span of time.. tough grader ..No assignments but attendance matters

This teacher was funny and what students don't realize is that he has a passion for his work. thats why he's tough on students b/c he wants them to succeed and learn something from him. His exams weren't hard, you just need to spend time reading and studying. the school should be sued for the way they forced him to retire. you'll be missed!!

He has a very bad reputation but after taking the class with him I learned the opposite. He's unorganized but he's a fun guy. Show him that you do the work and memorize his previous tests( no more). Ill take him again if I had the chance.

Here's how to pass his class. He gives you two practice exams before each exam. MEMORIZE THESE. They will be almost identical to his current exam. I barely learned a thing til the final but memorized the practice exams and did well.But you will be owned by his 20 page final where he doesn't give you a practice exam.....

He is extremely helpful and likeable but his teaching style is not the best. He goes very fast throught the material and many times you will be left wondering what the hell he just did on the board. If you study hard you'll get an A. His exams are not that bad since he reviews the previous exams which are similar in concept

GREAT PROFESSOR!!!! A little odd sometimes, but far better that the average professor at the ECE-Department (you have no idea how terrible it could be!). For a good grade you must work hard.

The best Professor I had in ECE. He is a harsh grader but teaches very well. Just study hard and ask a lot of questions during the class. He will assume you learned from previous courses if you don't ask.

He's a good guy but his teaching style is flawed. When lecturing it seems like he expects you to know everything before he even explains it. No book for course but you get his 10,000 pages of terrible quality notes which are mostly incomprehensible and riddled with errors. Personally I got nothing out of his lectures. Good luck, this class sucked.

Always willing to help and will repeat anything if you ask. Practice exams are almost exactly what you will see. Be prepared to write out answers, not just analyze and design circuits (tradeoffs!). Very helpful during exams. His class is closer to actual field experience than other classes. An A is very possible, but so is a D. Depends on you.

Awful...truly awful... there are no other words. He can't teach AT ALL. Sucks since he's the only one who teaches this course, so just be prepared I guess. Exams are impossible, even with the practice exams he gives out. He'll make the real exam the complete opposite of what he told you. Good luck.

Avoid this professor at all costs. About 150 years old, prone to going off on wild tangents, and never makes any sense when he is on topic. His graphs are horrible, he doesn't label anything, and he expects you to pick it up like it was Algebra I. If you must take him, teach yourself by reading his notes.
