Wonderful professor! One of my two favorites from UCO. Take his class if you get the chance. His lectures are so interesting,and it's so refreshing to watch somebody do what they love.

Comment:

Probably one of the hardest courses I have taken. His test are hard and each are worth 20% of grade. There is a long term paper due on the day of the final (10-15 pages w/foot notes) that is also worth 20%. I got an A in this course, but you have to work for it. There are no study guides and its hard to tell what will be on the test. Good teacher.

I loved how he lectures. He's very interested in his field which is neat because I feel I learn better from a professor who loves what he is talking about. I paid attention, took notes, and got an 'A.' Nice guy, very dry sense of humor.

I really enjoyed Dr. Peterson. I can tell he really enjoys what he is teaching. When a prof enjoys their class, it makes it much better for students. I highly recommend taking this guy. His tests were not hard to me. Just listen to his lectures and read the book. The book is an easy read.

Class is boring I have falling asleep almsot every class so far. tests are not what he talks about. he jumps around to much with dates, one moment youll be talking about dinosaurs next your talking about flying cars. he has no charachter. but knows his stuff, he just cant explain it well

Very witty, quite intelligent fellow. Any opportunity to take any of his classes should be jumped on immediately. His classes are the ones I look back most fondly upon. He cracked us up all the time. Beyond that, I learned a grat deal as well. Highly recommended...
