She's not the math teacher type. She speaks more as a mathematician than a math teacher. There isn't any teachings of the understanding to the foundation of the subject and the transitioning is quite poor. Also, that's not the least of it. You won't even see the ordinary rote treatment that's usually done in math. Because she gets easily behind.

Not the best professor for math. Always gets off topic in class and misses a lot. Only had tests up to chapter 4 but final was all 10 chapters. Randomly checks homework so you never know if she is going to even collect it

Goes slow in the begging then rushes a lot at the end.She spends way to much time talking and not enough time teaching. She is always late and sometimes lets us out late.She doesn't like it if u leave 3,4 min early.We make name plates like back in elementary school and she will count u absent if you don't have your name plate. You don't learn much.

Honestly, this teacher is so nice. some comments are right, she does talk way too much about her personal life & not enough about math but i mean come on people, math 50 is NOT hard. she offers tons of extra credit. never checks the hw and there are only 3 exams. shes funny and really odd but if you just try & ask for help she'll pass you. trust.

When you ask questions she makes you feel like your stupid always saying, "I see you didn't read your text book." What is the point going to class if she can't be helpful. Mrs. Hawley is a cool professor. hate her Mullet:). Goes through the chapters kinda fast but tries her best to make sure u get the lesson. Does alot of 2 pnt xtra credit board assignments so u can get some extra credit.
