This class wasn't what I expected, but he is a great guy and he is very passionate about what he teaches!! He allows you to resubmit hw/assignments for a better grade! He will make you think of math in a way you never have before! I would definitely take him again!!

I can't say that I really learned what I thought I was going to learn in this class. The things he taught us were very important, though, and I don't know that I will ever forget them. He lets students redo assignments for higher grades, which is great. He is often very picky, though, and his instructions are unclear.

He is terrible!!! Sure, he let's you redo everything to try to get more points, but watch out! I had a 97% going into the final (which was open book, notes, & tests-which I resubmitted everything & got full points on). I got my report card & received a C in the class. I asked to see my final & come to find out he "accidentally" threw it away!!!!

He does not give instructions about anything you do. You will stress out trying to figure out what he wants, and although he does allow you to redo assignments you are not guaranteed a higher grade. He teaches methods but does not prepare you to teach math.

He has good ideas and is nice, but that's about it. He grades everyone differently and it seems to be according to his moods and he just can't seem to figure out what 15 minus 9 is. He makes his tests so long that there is no way that you can finish. If you can put up with that, you should be able to pass. Good Luck!

TAKE HIM for any math class that you can! He is the most flexible professor at USI! He lets you re-do your homework as many times as you need to get all the points and you can re-do your tests too. He is a very nice man.....the only way to fail his class is if you just want to fail!

HE IS AWESOME!!! I am horrible in math..i took 111 and got an F and then i took him over the summer and got a B+!! HE helped me so much and lets students correct their tests/homework/quizzes so that we have full understanding of material. TAKE HIM!!

Great man! He does a good job teaching a tough subject. I had him for a summer class and he was very patient with we students. Understanding, thoughtful, kind, and leinent. Highly recommended.
