Comment:

Only held class once a week so that you could work on stuff outside of class on the other day. The simulation is a good learning experience and he won't ding your grade if you don't get it 100%. As long as you put in an effort and have a decent final presentation, you will be good. He is also always willing to meet and walk you through things.

Really a great experience in a simulation course. Suggest it if you are planning on going into the job market and could be making decisions that impact the company. This professor is very laid back and understanding. You want extra time or no class tell him and most likely he will listen. Very willing to work with students to be successful.

Recommend this prof! Great guy, very funny. Says he takes attendance but doesn't end up doing it. Tests are not too bad if you make a good help sheet (which you get to use). Definitely take this professor.

This guy was hilarious and his class was the highlight of my day. He is just a chill, down to earth guy. He also coughed alot when he was nervous . Class=easy. Just study quizzes and chapters and you got an A.

His classes consist of him rambling about real world experiences. Typically I love hearing real world stories, but after hearing a story about a gold pen for 35 minutes with no relation to the tested material, that was enough. He communicated poorly with the students,was boring, made me lose interest in the subject, and talked poorly of Ball State.

Professor Whalers is a very cool guy, but he does not teach much about marketing. He runs through some slides talking about past experiences with his years a Goodwrench and tells you some tests are posted. The tests are fairly difficult, but not to worry Russ will bump up your grade, give you extra credit quizes, and give redo tests.

boring...useless. You could basically take this class on your own. Read the book and you will learn more than you would attending class. He takes attendance a few times...but that's all.

He is so very boring and it's basically a waste of your time to attend his class. He took attendance maybe 4 times the whole semester, had 5 "quizzes" which were really long inqsit tests. Read the book and use the cd that comes with the book. Some of the questions on the test come straight from the cd.

Very Very Very nice guy... however Very Very Very boring.. tells the same stories over and over.. he knows a good deal about what hes talkin about and the tests are easy if you read the book. Can sometimes be funny however.

No one came to class...all of his tests were curved at least 10 points... hes quite a fun/funny guy but sometimes I would sit in class and wonder how he is teaching...worked for Goodrich, wonder why he stopped. good teacher if u dont want to learn much.

Comment:

Prof. Wahlers makes this class fun and interesting and is willing to spend time with students. The course has helped me understand some of the other classes I have taken. His sense of humor is pretty sick which is great.
