Like everyone else, I also have the same problem. Had to drop this class due to the amount of work she makes you do. I was not sleeping going to bed by 2am just doing her work. its not hard but the workload is CRAZY!!!

I took her SOCI 4535 & SOCI 4132 online at the same time. Her assignments will take up a lot of your time. She has and unbelievable work load which, she later revised. Her class is not hard it's just a lot of work. If you need help expect an 24 hour delay in e-mails. She is okay, I just wouldn't take her again.

The amount of work she requires is absolutely NOT do-able. It seems as if she wants me to learn EVERYTHING in one class that she has learned in her XX years of education/teaching. Avoid this class at all costs.

Work load is insane. Syllabus is years old and causes confusion in her online class because assignments don't always coincide. Ridiculous group project that is almost entirely impossible to get organized. 7 LONG essays with massive amounts of reading. 2 films required to watch that are interesting and 2 smaller assignments that are easy!

Ms. Dunn is a good teacher who will work with her students. The assignments are pretty easy and straightforward. The setup of the class is a little confusing. The only bad thing about the class is that the material is BORING. I would recommend this class however.

Professor Dunn's on-line class was one of the worst classes I have ever taken. She takes forever to respond to emails, IF she responds at all. She is very hard to get a hold of for help. Her syllabus is 15 pages long and totally incomprehensible. The work load is ridiculous. Steer clear!!!!!

HORRIBLE PROFESSOR. VERY UNORGANIZED AND IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH FOR HELP. TAKES A WEEK TO RESPOND TO E-MAILS. I AM IN HER ONLINE CLASS AND IT IS RIDICULOUS. SHE NEEDS TO GET RID OF THE GROUP PROJECT, IT WOULD BE FINE FOR A REDGULAR CLASS BUT NOT AN ONLINE ONE. THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE IS RIDIULOUS.

I am in the middle of her Summer semester and wish I had NEVER signed up for her class! It is RIDICULOUS how much work she expects of you! 4 (3-7) page papers, a research paper, group project, and homework assignments! Ugh! She takes days to answer any emails or messages. DO NOT TAKE HER!!!

Well judging my her comments getting worse and worse over the years it seems obvious she has lost her desire for teaching! This class is an online class, I have made 100's on all my papers because I turn in early and have her proof, but she doesn't really make sure you are correct... how am I supposed to learn from mistakes?

Stay away from her online class. The purpose of online is to work at your own pace but the demands of this class were ridiculous especially for the exams! This may as well have been a face to face class and that's why I dropped because it didn't work for my convienience.

Crazy amount of work for one UG class. She has several entire books (300+pages) online that you must read and many, many do****ents, etc. It is way more than her 200 page textbook. She also in her online class a required, online, group project--how is that possible! Avoid to save your GPA! Class is made way to complex with her. AVOID!!!!! AVOID;-(

crazy....dont take this class unless it is your only one because she will treat it that way. insane amount of work. one of my last classes before graduation but by far the worst one i have taken. midterm was five questions but took 27 pages to answer them. final was 10 questions imagine how many pages that was. rediculous.

This professor is subjective in her grading. Don't disagree with her or you will regret it. I got an A+ on the mid-term and ended up with a D in the class, go figure. She didn't like what I had to say on one subject and my final grade reflected it. She thinks her OPINIONS are right and everyone else is wrong. Worst prof & class ever!!!

Would I love to still her brains. She is a very intelligent person. She definitely knows her subject and very is passionate. Money well spent on this subject. If you don't care about sociology, you will by the time you finish her course. Mrs. Dunn bends backward to help you understand. WOW !!!
