Comment:

Very easy class and good professor, nice and good with feedback on essays. Only assignments in the class are the three essays. Only problem is that he takes forever to give you your essay grades back.

Ryan works with you weekly in class and proofs rough draft essays providing helpful feedback, which prepares you for your final 10-page essay. He is a wonderful teacher. He helped me learn to write a clear essay. Great teacher so lucky he was my instructor.

Ryan is a wonderful guy and a great teacher. You'd be lucky to get into one of his classes. He is kind, smart, funny, gives great feedback on papers, is accessible outside of class, and is very patient and understanding. Really willing to work with you.

Davis is funny, kind, and caring, but he is not consistent with direction & he also does not stay current with most recent changes in formatting (he was often teach the wrong information, but is an easy grader). If you are "easy going" this class if for you. If you need clear directions he may not be your best pick. No final, just your final paper.

Super awesome and towards the last half of the quarter, you only had to show up once a week for your designated group time even though it was a daily class. He was funny and really helpful, even after I passed the class when I asked him for help. Totally recommend!

Ryan was a great teacher! I hate english but he made it easier for me. He was definitly easily distracted but after a few students and I confronted him with it he made sure to keep the class on task. Im sad to hear that he left. He wasn't too bad on the eyes either lol.

Oh, it's to bad he's LEAVING after Sum 06! I adore this guy. The insane, stupid, and mostly gross things we talk about. We laugh, we toy around. I want to be in his class because of the insanity of it all! And then, yes, he does teach well/clearly, helps, and makes his points clear. Great grading: fair.

I think he'd rather be a standup comedian, but still makes a great english teacher since both must be good with words. I like his attitude, just show up, have a good time, write a few papers, and you're done. Very stress free course. No presentations.

Ryan is the funniest teacher I have ever had. I don't want to miss class simply because it is a pleasant place to be. There is not a day that he doesn't make me laugh. He is a hoot. I recomend him.
