I totally disagree with the other stduent, the professor was very clear to the point, helpfully, and very reachable. I have learned a lot in his class. I would recommend Prof. Washah especially if you do not have background about programming.

Class was a joke. Only got through 5 chapters of the C++ book in the whole semester. Prof copied his notes from internet and only showed up for 1 class each week and would finish early. Class was easy but a complete waste of time. I could have learned it all on my own with the book in less than a week. Didn't touch the computers for 1st two weeks.

I liked the material. But I basically dropped to a B+ because I misinterpreted an unclear assignment. I actually handed it in early and he could have told me in those 3 extra weeks that I did it wrong, but he didn't. Oh Well. Point is, make sure you understand the assignments.

Very good professor. He is helpful and a very fair grader. he grades based on how well you know the material, how much you learn and getting the projects done on time. I can say this was one of the easier courses I took, but I also learned the most (a programming language from scratch).
