These people don't know what they're talking about-- i don't know how he is with his higher level math classes but for MA 19 intro to calc, i think i got so lucky. Our class moves slowly and i suck at math. He helped me to understand things I would just guess about if he didn't move at a speed for retards. ifeel smarter in math than i ever felt.

Informative and knowledgeable in field. Organized and structured. These attributes are taken, thrown on the ground, and beaten multiple times however because he teaches in the following and completely illogical manner: he issues homework for material not yet covered. for a seemingly smart person, this method of teaching is ridiculous.

not that hard of a class. the study guides are basically the exact same questions as the ones on the test with different numbers. kindof makes going to class obselete if you have no aspirations to move up the math ladder. a little boring but he explained everything fairly well.

Be prepared to gut this guy come review time - youll be glad you did. I went into the last 3 weeks of the class with a straight A and came out with a straight B. He will fault you on anything you hand in - even if it is largely perfect. Only girls get extensions. Final comes out of nowhere. Run now

Tough, but explains EVERYTHING... in fact, that's his downfall, he's boooring! But if you can manage to pay attention you'll learn alot. Also, very understanding re:deadlines/etc... Be prepared to sleep in most classes.
