what a bad teacher, reads off slides, insane grading scale...curves downward..wtf! A 90 could be a C+ depending on how the rest of the class does so you never know how you are doing in the class. reads off slides the entire time, and has some very bad jokes.

Never ever take him for any class, what a bad bad experience having him as a teacher. he never grades fairly, never listens to you when you complain about your grades and doesn't teach, just reads some power point slides.Seriously, Do not take him for any class.

I would not recommend this individual. All the following in my opinion, notwithstanding that he is marginal at best, he is smug, condescending, slipshod, and uninspiring. Moreover, it appeared that he does not follow his own scope when [his TAs] evaluate submitted assignments.

The class is not difficult but he grades things in a completely subjective manner so even if you complete all assignments and know what you're doing you can still get poor grades. Doesn't speak English well, gives ambiguous hw assignments, offers to discuss your grades w/ you but then doesn't listen to a word you say. Most useless prof at FAU.

Horrible experience. Very experienced teacher, but rude, and just reads slides. Do not expect to have a straight answer for questions asked. Grades hard, with no explanation of what you did wrong. All homework must be done in 'c', no c++, much of the course material covers irrelevant topics, such as process fork, pthreads and signals.
