Comment:

I totally disagree with everyones else's comments. The class itself isn't too bad as long as you study ALOT! The teacher moves way to fast in class, covering 3-4 lessons sometimes in one class. She LOVES to give pop quizzes that she doesn't prepare you for. Also very disorganized, never follows the syllabus.

She is always smiling and very approachable. She dresses very conservative . I had a lot of fun in her class, especially on the ethnic food days. she invited interesting arabic native speakers, I really enjoyed the exposer.. I highly recommand this class...

Samira is very passionate about Arabic, she's just disorganized. If you push her she will stay focused, but allows too many interruptions and too much chatter in the class. She is really not available outside of class, so if you need help make sure to find a tutor. Good intro to difficult language.

She tries to do a good job .. gets good at the end. the best thing is the food day! You will learn a lot about Arab and Muslim culture from this class. its like learning a new culture. Take Arabic.. its an interesting language.

This is not a class for the weak...but the teacher is extremely nice, and helpful. She always answers every question IN class, and gives a lot of extra ways to gain points before the final exam...GREAT TEACHER
