Dr. Hanson was one of my favorites. Very down to earth and funny. You could not show up to class ever but if you go to the review sessions the night before the test with the TA she will go over the test question for question. Big group observation project but my group did not even do it and just made up facts and got 99%. Only buy Fergusson.

interesting speaker with a touch of crazy. gets angry pretty quickly over small things and then goes back to smiles and giggles. have to give her credit b/c some of the info is pretty awkward to teach to upper middle class white kids that live in a bubble. she tells you what to know for the test and there's always a study session. only buy Ferguson

First and foremost: feminist. However, her class is pretty easy as long as you read the stories form the Fergeson book (which is the only text you should buy). Take notes and study from them. Those and the readings are pretty much all that matter. Also, don't get stuck with idiots for your small group. That could be an easy A if done right

In class I often feel the urge to take little kittens and fling them, while on fire, at this Professor(title is questionable). As long as you write what she wants to hear you've got an A, but take an ounce of intelligence and question her and you will receive a less than deserving grade.

she is a great teacher! very nice, although very feminist. classes are not to boring, good class discussions. tests are VERY easy. if you do the reading and pay attention in class(arent hard) you will do fine! i would recommend her to any one!

bleeding heart feminist, but nice lady overall. be sure to take to take her lectures with a pinch of salt/skepticism (dont build your worldview around what she says). brought in this america-hating chomsky advocate one day for a guest lecture and i almost had to stand up and walk out.
