To my surprise I received a D grade with 695 points (the first, EVER). I’ve attempted to explain my ordeal with my partner's family but no avail. I found it hypocritical that she posts about her family , medical procedure, and all but yet could not allow 5 points to be earned when I explained my situation. Cold individual.

Well, test and quizzes are online and you get 3 tries for the quizzes and TESTS! Great right? But she is all over the place w/ her teaching and rambles too much about her family. And in accounting you need to understand in order to do well in even open book test won't help you w/out proper teaching which she isn't too good at.

She is a really good teacher. She gives h/w, quizzes, and tests online. She gives you 3 tries for each. Accounting is a hard class, and she tries to make it easier to understand. I will take her again for 2071!

She does not take into consideration that people have things to do outside of this class. Some people have children and work full-time jobs on top of having classes and she likes to change the class times with little advance. Also goes on rants about her family when we're there for class. Would never take her again.

She is very good and enthusiastic while explaining material in class. She responds quickly to emails, questions, etc. Knock on the class concerns the McGraw Hill website for testing. It doesn't have the best editing, sometimes numbers don't add up, unclear phrasing at times. When noticed, Mrs. Jordan is quick to look at it and give credit when due.

I took this class online and I think that was the hardest part. It would have been a lot easier if I would have had someone that was able to walk me through at least one problem from each section. If you take this course try to do well on all exams because the final was really hard and she lets you drop one exam, quiz, and homework grade.

Hybrid class is easy enough. 3 tries for all tests, quizzes, and HW w/ best score taken. also one drop for each. Shes nice enough, but serious about attendance and tardiness. IT EFFECTS YOUR GRADE BIG TIME! shes very available for xtra help. Even if you cant understand her lectures (they move very fast) if you read the book its an easy A-B

I'm taking 8 week class online and failing it. Test comments are true! You can study all you want, practice learn smart modules and do homework and FAIL exams! My advice is do not take online unless you are strong in this subject! Wish I would have read other student comments before taking class!

Not an easy "A". She is extremely helpful. She will stay after class to help you with any questions you may have. With hmwk do practice hmwk first then use it as a go by for the actual graded hmwk (IT WORKS). You have 3 attempts to take tests. Take the test 1st time and email her if you don't get the question she will help you. Great teacher!

Prof Jordan is a great lady. She loves accounting, maybe a bit too much, but it makes it easier to choke down a difficult subject with someone so upbeat. Hybrid class is the way to go for accounting, tests are all online and multiple attempts allowed. The material sucks but at least she loves teaching it.

I took her for man accounting and fin accounting. 8 week fast track course. I got a B in man accounting, mostly b/c i aced the first test, but nearly failed all the rest. she gives questions on tests that are not in the book/notes. she def makes you feel stupid for asking just about any question. fin accounting i got C. DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS!!

Took Prof. Jordan for Man. Acct. after making a B in Fin. A tard for taking her again! "Talks" about chaps in class and rattles off ans. to probs. Avg. test score 62 dont seem to concern her as u get 3 attempts on test/quizzes. My issue is her talks,the book nor homework is in NO way indicative of HUGE bank test q'tions. Got grade but no learning!

Prof. Jordan is a great teacher. She knows accounting like the back of her hand, and she is very good at explaining it to her students. Her tests are a little challenging, but if you study hard you will be fine. FYI she only gives you 24 hrs to take tests. Take her class if you want to really learn accounting; if you want an easy A go elsewhere.

Professor Jordan is very tentative about her due dates. You only have a 24 hour period to take tests, usually. This isn't very fun if you work late hours. She won't make any exceptions for any one student. She explains the material well and answers all of your questions though. She does talk a lot in her class. Her tests are easy if you study.

She can be nice...to certain students. I felt so uncomfortable-like an intruder in her classroom- that I stopped asking questions after the second class period even though I was having trouble understanding the material. If you can't learn straight from a textbook then choose a different class because she's not that helpful.

Prof. is relatively nice. Hates tardiness/absentees. If you r going 2 b absent/late best to email her ahead of time if u want any chance of her accepting your work. DOES NOT ACCEPT LATE WORK. Anal about spelling and grammer errors. Tests are HARD but online with 3 attempts. Group projects are pretty easy (opinions). Individ. assignments every week.

Good teacher, but a little anal on due dates. MAKE SURE YOU TURN ASSIGNMENTS IN ON TIME! I am surprised she found time to take breathes in class, SHE TALKS ALOT! Required to read the book. If you stay on top of your game, you'll get an A.

If you're looking for an easy A, look somewhere else. The projects are difficult but with Mrs. Jordan's help you'll pull through just fine. Be sure to have your work done on time otherwise it won't be counted. I would recommend this professor to anyone looking for an education and not a walk in the park!
