Professor P is absolutely fantastic and is the English teacher I want to be someday. Her enthusiasm is unmatched and though this class could double as a history course, it's exciting and not boring. Do the readings and participate in her discussions and ask questions. She appreciates talking to her students and hearing what they have to say. Enjoy!

Dr. P is one of the nicest teachers I've ever had. She gives feedback on all (2 major) papers. As long as you do the readings for every day you'll be fine. The whole class is a lecture, but her enthusiasm makes up for it. I'd recommend her any day.

Dr. P is absolutely awesome! Her class does take a lot of work outside of class but it is so interesting and she does a great job of teaching it. She is always willing to help and provides tons of office hours. The quizzes aren't bad at all if you do the readings. She is tough but extremely sweet. I would definitely recomend this class to everyone!

This class is alot of work. But worth it because she is always willing to help and if you show interest in what she is teaching she will give you a good grade. There is a quiz every class worth 5 points and 2 100 point test..take her!

I totally agree that she is a very helpful teacher with essays and giving you help if you need it. Other then that, I thought her class was hard, considering that I am not an english major. I never got a B in college and I recieved my first B in her class and worked so hard. If you are not majoring or minoring in english i would not take her class.

Also took her for 202D... not a bad prof. She's helpful with essays/papers, and requires a lot of reading. She tries to make her classes interesting, but sometimes it's just downright boring. She's nice overall, occassionally speaks down to students... grades tests easy, papers harder. Do rough drafts and have her look over them!

If you want a good grade to come easy, take her. She teaches her class like she's a hs teacher. You don't get much from her class...she also grades papers the way SHE wants to wrtie...I got an A...but as I said...I didn't learn much of anything I didn't know.
