This professor has been so wonderful so far! She gives great feedback and she responds quickly when you have questions. She is very interactive in the course and with the students. In order to fail this course you have to want to! She grades fairly and even let me take one of my exams outside of the period was open due to illness. SHE IS AWESOME!

Enrich week is the same, discussion board and then a quiz. It is easy to stay on track because it is the same each week with no surprises. As long as you read the chapters you will be good.

Mrs. Stuebner is great. She is very clear in her lectures and makes the class relevant to her students. There is an online quiz on every chapter and three exams but as long as you have the book and pay attention in class, you will do well. Mrs. Stuebner loves what she does and makes sure her students do too.

Comment:

This class is great for learning about yourself while you learn about development. You have to write 4 autobiography papers as you go through the stages of life. Tests are based on the book, so you have to read it to make an A and chapters are really long. With all that said, you get a lot of extra credit opportunities!!

This teacher is HORRIBLE and rude. She accidentally took 4 points away from me and when I messaged he she was very very rude and said it was an accident and then gave me my points back. She also took off points in my essay for a statistic that I was mistaken about, and she like argued back and forth with me about the statistic. HORRIBLE

This teacher was EXTREMELY unhelpful. When I emailed her about anything she always had a rude response and did not give any helpful feedback regarding the question or concern I had. I have been a straight A student my entire college career until I took this course and I did not even receive a passing grade.

I took 240 online and whenever I had a question to i'd email her and she'd have a rude response. I always thought I put thought out responses in the DB's but she kept giving me zeros. I was fed up. I had to write novels to get my 5 points. Her exams were hard since the class was online as it was and she didnt provide any study tools.

Awful. She posts horrible, rude things about her students on Facebook. I politely corrected her on an issue that the book clearly defined, and she backtracked saying that she hadn't been sure of what I was talking about. She never gave me the points for that after she said she would fix it. If you can, take anyone else.

I took 240 and 235 with her. Her classes are a waste of time. I learned more about her kids than I did about psychology. She taught nothing, only gave her rude opinions, which were always right because it's her way or no way. I don't know how she is the chair of her department. Sorry for any of you who get her. Going to class was a waste of time. Everyday we talked about current events, her kids, and her random stories. She makes you feel stupid if you say anything out load, and if you disagree with her she'll bite your head off. The book was interseting. take my advise and read the book for fun and avoid this class. Trust me, I am majoring in psychology

You have to put in the effort, but the class is worth it. She let me copy the first 4 chapters of the book because I hadn't received mine from ordering online yet. You just have to keep CONTACT with her! Assignments are interesting though some do take time. Tests are not fun, but she lets you know what you need to know.

In my opinion, this gender psychology class was nothing more than a 16 week lesson in male bashing. I am aware of several people who dropped due the way she treated students and the unequalness of the gender topics.

She is very knowledgable and not too difficult, however, she is sarcastic and not helpful. I know of several students who have dropped her class because of the way she treats students. From what I have been told, she has a reputation like that.
