GO TO CLASS and BE ON TIME. She may not seem like she cares, but at the end of the semester your attendance AND participation counts for 100 points of your grade. She's a bleeding heart liberal and a little nutty (as she'll tell you) and she can take ages to get your work back to you. I got an A, but I have a ton of experience speaking.

I'm a straight A student & this class was a bit of a challenge for me. She grades a lot harder on the speeches than I thought she would, so be prepared. Take the opportunity to do the bonus impromptu speeches--they are for YOUR benefit. She does this to see who really cares about their grade. Also, don't wait until the last min. to do chapter tests

Mrs.Williams was, honestly, a bit boring in her lectures somedays, and hilarious on others. Her attendence policy stands... she WILL drop you and count you tardy if not absent if you're late. BUT if you listen to her feedback on your speeches, do impromptu (BONUS) speeches, and use your book to take the online quizes, you're golden... easy A!

Yes, she is a lil disorganized, and a LOT eccentric, but she is not crazy or wacko, as some comments say. She is a nice lady, that happens to be very active and a lil scatterbrained. Her class was fun though, and as long as you know proper English, you shouldn't have a problem. Do the work, make the powerpoints, you will have fun and get an A.

Overall - VERY EASY! She doesn't assign homework, the classwork is just listening to her talk. You do very little speaking. She is a nut, she's always cracking jokes and likes it if you joke along. She is overall a great teacher. TAKE THIS CLASS! =]

A little disorganized. Read the book and then read it again! Test multiple choice. Prepare for speachs!Don't look at notes! prepare your outline according to her handouts! She is very disorganized and doesn't grade very fast. Fairly easy going on your speeches. If you do bad on one speech she gives you chances to do impromptu speeches for bonus. Quizzes are easy if you study vocabulary and the headings in the book.

She is a good teacher a little different and very opinionated. She definately knows how to give a speech, she can do a five minute speech of the top of her head. The tests are a little difficult but the speeches is what really matters. she is fun. Take her if you want to have fun.
