When it comes to math i'm very challenged, but I was able to pass this class. Throughout the semester you have daily homework on mymathlab, it's pretty short. There are 5 tests in total and the lowest score will be replaced with your homework for a max of 80%. She doesn't allow cellphones or food in class.

She is an overall great professor! She teaches very well and makes the material very clear. There are 6 tests in total, but she drops your lowest grade and allows you to correct your tests at the end of the semester for extra credit. The tests are very straightforward and relate back exactly to what she teaches. Would definitely take again!

Professor Willweber was awesome! She really cared about the class. Homework was optional BUT recommended. 6 test but she drops your lowest score, and a finial all worth 700 points. Math is very challenging to me and I was crazy for taking this 4 week summer course rather than 16 weeks but I completed it!

She is such an amazing and wonderful teacher who really cares that her students learn and leave the class confident in your ability to understand the material. Homework is optional but I highly recommend it. There are only 6 tests and your lowest test grade is dropped. I also took her for 103 and knew I wanted to take her again for 120.

Math is not my subject, but that being said Willweber wants you to do good. Your grade is based on 6 tests and a final. Hw is optional but if you don't do it, you're kind of screwed. Would take her class again very good lectures and does have a day she stays after , so you can ask questions.

Easy class, reminded me of a high school class because of the way she taught. Sort of boring teacher and her lectures were conducted very slowly, so she would often rush through the last section in order to stay on track of the syllabus dates. Homework is optional.

She is one of the best teachers at Grossmont. She explains everything clearly and thoroughly so everyone in the class understands. She is very helpful and answers any questions if you're confused. Homework is optional and don't have to turn it in but it helps to do it. 10 tests plus the final with the lowest score dropped. Easy A.

Willweber is a fantastic professor. She's really helpful and gives students everything they need to pass the class. I initially didn't like the idea of our entire grade being based on 5 tests, but the tests are actually really easy and she's a really easy grader. We get points for effort even if we get an answer wrong.

Awesome math teacher! She explained math in a practical manner that helped me to retain formulas. She was always willing to help, clarify problems, and answer questions. I would definitely take her again!

Math is not an easy subject to me but she made it surprisingly fun and easy. Homework is not required to do but I suggest you do it! The test has similar problems. Ask questions cause that's basically your review. Offers a few extra credit. She is overall a great and sweet teacher!

Best math instructor ever! Sara takes the time to make sure all questions are answered before moving on to next topic. She spends the day before the tests in review to ensure you have it down before exam. She is always approachable and very easy going. Take this class, she's the best!

I took her for Math 110 & 120 and I'm so glad I did. She's very helpful and doesn't hesitate to take longer on a chapter if the class is struggling. She courteous, encourages questions, and is very helpful. Math is not my strength but for both classes I scored an A. Taker her!

Comment:

Was extremely helpful and could teach things well to people who struggled with math. She not only introduced us to the tutoring offered on campus but had a tutor brought in to hang out just before class and a little during it. Stayed after to answer questions and wrote helpful comments on graded papers. Gave partial credit if work was shown.

Prof Wilweber is great! She is always organized and her teaching skill is great. Her examples and explanaitions are clear. She is always enthusiastic and kind. She has a student aid which comes in to help tutor the students. She e-mails and will notify you in advance if her class cancels for any reason. She is really thee for her students.

She's a sweetheart and I really love how she tries to learn every student's name by the end of the semester. She encourages her students to do well and is as helpful as she can be. The math 120 class is an awesome, easy way to get done with the math requirements for general education.

Comment:

Teaches clearly, good balance between teaching & allowing students to help each other since of humor. Test questions taken straight from book. Do the work, ask questions, participate in the in class work, you should do well. Only complaint is her in class games that take up review time, and do not help with studying for the test. Drops 1 low test
