THIS CLASS IS E A S Y. There is no limit to the bonus points in this class. The student workers are AWESOME as well. You will actually leave out this class knowing the material instead of just receiving a grade! If you are good at math or not...I SUGGEST THIS CLASS WITHOUT A DOUBT! You will never stay in class the whole time either.

The teachers for my class were Cliff, Donna, and Krishonna (I don't know if I spelled this right), and Gladen. They are all great teachers! They are a major help! They are all funny, and you can really enjoy yourself in this class. Cliff is a really thorough teacher, and although you do the videos he goes through and makes sure you undestand! Great

If you like a class that is taught by only student teachers who are rude and inconsiderate people, then go for. otherwise do not take this class!!!!!! Scott literally sits in his office or in the back of the class room and does nothing. Every night you have homework. (40 questions and notes over videos.) do not take this class.

Scott never taught my class, we had student teachers, Corey and Stephanie. Corey was a good teacher and quite funny but Stephanie is very annoying and can get under your skin. At first I hated the class but in the end I learned how to do math and appreciated the tough love.

Very nice but not a very good teacher. You have homework and video notes due literally every class! You HAVE to attend class and NO cell phones out during class. You do get a few bonus points opportunities. I recommend another teacher. Graduate students teach the class not Scott Beckett.

I took Mr. Becket for two of my math classes. I was bad at math when i entered school but he can teach. I passed all his test and class with great grades. He helps when you need it and shows you how to do your work. He does have a strict way for people to do their work. Also dont bring a phone in his class. Overall great teacher and nice guy!

I have always hated math because I am horrible at it. I was already dreading the class before I walked in to take it. I was very surprised how well Mr. Beckett explained everything, and he made sure everyone understood everything before moving on. Because of his class, I have a more positive feeling towards math.

Mr. Beckett is an absolutely OUTSTANDING instructor and by far, the best Math teacher that I have ever had. He is very personal and hands-on, and genuinely cares about the success of his students. He will do anything in his power to help you learn. He also proposes new ideas to assist you, if you are having trouble understanding information. :)

Sneaky Scott is the best math teacher EVER!! This is my freshman year @ Jsu and he made me feel really comfortable in the math area. He's really easy, if you turn in all your homework you will pass with no problem. I only passed 3 test in there but I turned in all my homework so i passed with a B
