He's very intellegent about music and you will learn a great deal. --If you are not a music major and you take his class, he will look down on you and if you do something wrong He WILL Call you out on it and it's not very nice.

Prof. Boerma is a fantastic director and an asset to the music program. He asks a lot from his students, but since this is the top ensemble in our university it's nothing that shouldn't be expected from us. Very excellent overall and I would recommend taking any class that he teaches.
