Boone always makes the cases interesting and keeps the subject matter from getting dry. Since Property has a lot of old cases/rules, it was very helpful and easy to remember things by his comments and analogies.

I attended ASL and had Boone for property. After initially thinking the guy was possibly clueless, I have now changed my opinion. I took the bar exam and realized some of the stuff that he shrugs his shoulders at and says maybe is actually the way professionals do handle it. It sucks that property has a lot of grey area, but the text book he uses a

Administrative Law is quite ambiguous because you are reading substantive cases simply for their procedural aspects. Professor Boone breaks the concepts down and explains them well. He also has a great sense of humor.
